“We value our employees”
This is the reason why Rave Infotech has conducted various interactive sessions with experts for creating a positive work environment for the employees.
And this time, we organized a seminar on stress management. This was mainly in order to help our employees in finding out ways to manage stress in a better way.
For this interactive session we called upon honorable Mr. Chaitanya Charan Prabhu (B. Tech from MANIT, Bhopal) Monk and full time Devotee at ISKCON, Ujjain. ISKCON is International Society of Krishna Consciousness, popularly known as Hare Krishna Movement. It was founded in 1966; it is a worldwide society of devotees of Lord Krishna. Mr. Chaitanya Charan Prabhu is highly involved in youth preaching.
The seminar was supported by visuals and videos followed by group meditation. The employees also had personal discussion with the Monk after the session to resolve their concerns. This effort is heartily appreciated by all the employees and certainly provided them the motivation to work with no stress and full mind.
